Glory
Hole Recreation Area

Area is located off Hwy. 49 on the Calaveras side of the lake.
Glory Hole has two campgrounds, Ironhorse and Big Oak for a
total of 144 campsites. There are also three day use areas with
picnic tables, grills, water, and restrooms. Launch ramps are
located towards the end of the Gloryhole access road. Reservations
are not excepted. Golden Age/Golden Access cards are accepted.
Ironhorse
Campground
Located on west side of Gloryhole access road. Full service
restrooms with showers, watertaps, barbecue/fire pits, fish
cleaning station, sewage dump station,telephone, launch ramps,
no hook-ups, fee.
Big
Oak Campground
East side of Gloryhole access road. Restrooms, showers, watertaps,
barbeque/fire pits, telephone, fish cleaning station, launch
ramps, no hook-ups, fee.
Tuttletown
Recreation Area

is located on the Tuolumne side of the recreation facility,
off Hwy. 49. It currently has two campgrounds, Manzanita and
Chamise, for a total of 106 sites. Located inside the Manzanita
campground are two group areas, Oak Knoll with 10 sites, and
Fiddleneck with 6 sites. These are they only sites at New Melones
that reservations are accepted. Also, there are two day use
areas,Lupine has a fish cleaning station and telephone. Launch
ramps are located at the end of the Tuttletown access road.

Located on the south side of the Tuttletown access road. Water
faucets, picnic tables, full service restrooms, showers, no-hookups,fee

Campground
Located on the south side of the Tuttletown access road. Tent
camping only, no motorhomes,water faucets,picnic tables,full
service restrooms,showers, fee.
