Need a Ride for Stampede & Bucks Lake Derbies

8) Let's try this again. My Avatar didn't show up on the first try, so I'll give 'er another go'round. I'm looking for a partner with a boat for the Stampede and Bucks Lake derbies. I pay my own way and help with expenses. I also bring my partners good luck. Just ask Al Millan and Mike Tripp! I might even net your dad-gum fish for you (if I'm not TOO busy fighting my own!)

Mr. Rokply:

You can hitch a ride with me to Bucks if you have not made other plans.
But you have to sign a release not to take any secrets with you.

Let me know

:D Cool, Jack! I'm on board, buddy! And what confidential information? I didn't know there were any secrets anymore! Congrats on your finish at Shasta, too! Like I told Allan...it doesn't matter who follows who, who uses what, you still have to catch the fish! And you did! Way to go, Jack. Hopefully your luck will rub off on me at Bucks. I'd love to take YOUR $$$!!!!! ha ha ha! Thankx!

I must be getting old but what is an Avatar? In Hindu philosophy, an avatar most commonly refers to the incarnation of a higher being, or the Supreme Being onto planet Earth. So is the file extenton .god or something? PNP? Jpg? gif?

An avatar is the picture on the left that you can upload to the Forum so when they see your posts they will see your picture. It looks like you have a jumping fish as an avatar.

Chumbucket - when you reply to a post you will see buttons right under the Subject . If you put your mouse over these buttons it will show you some examples too which is nice.

Use the Img or URL button to hyperlink but you will likely want to use the Img one and put the full hyperlunk to the Gif file and then close the hyperlink with [ / img ] but take out the spaces before and after the slash character. It's pretty easy once you give it a few tries. Hope this helps and if not then let us know and I can help further.
