Hitchhiking: Please Read

Many of us don't have boats. Many of us that have boats, often fish alone or find ourselves in need of a fishin partner on certain days especially derby days. This board is here to help fellow kokanee fanatics find a fishin partner. This is a good way to lessen the expenses of going fishing by splitting the cost of gas, launch fees, etc. A few things to remember:

(1) This is not a place to find a free ride. Expect to split expenses fairly. Operating a boat nowadays AIN'T cheap.
(2) Don't be offended if the person that offered you a ride one day never offers you a ride again. We meet people everyday. Some become a regular part of our lives, and some just pass on as brief acquaintances. Don't take it personal. But hopefully, most first time fishing trips end up in friendship.
(3) It's good to clear up expectations of one another before meeting such as gear to bring, gear not to bring, no alcohol on board, bring as much beer as possible, no smoking, etc. This will prevent any misunderstandings.
(4) This forum is not a place to vent if you had a bad trip nor is Kokanee Power responsible for any bad trips that can happen.

Dang it Al,
Does this mean that i have to start paying? And here i thought you have been to busy to go fishing, doing that Kokanee Power VP stuff. I will offer to pay the launch fees at New Melones next time out. Deal or no Deal?
