1 table spoon Mrs. dash's lemon pepper

soak cedar planks in water for 30 to 45 min.
mix all ingrediants together
place salmon on cedar plank spoon on mixture on salmon
place plank on BBQ. grill on medhi heat until done
keep checking plank so it dos'nt catch on fire
I like to serve it with ricearoni long grain and wild rice and steamed vegies

Hi AL,
I get them at the supermarket in the meat dept. or in the bbq section.
If you can't find them there maybe at a seafood store.
They are made just for grilling.Hope you like it. It's my favrite.
