The only thing I can think of that would be worse than making this post, is not making it. You need to know.........

The rainbows will be planted as scheduled around 11am tomorow morning, however due to weather up north and an unexpected labor shortage issue at Crystal Lake, the browns will not be delivered tomorrow afternoon. The scheduled date for the brown plant is January 3rd.

So, see you tomorrow for the rainbows. We'll have some fun anyway!

Good News! All systems are "go" for the brown plant tomorrow afternoon at New Melones Marina around 1PM, that's January 3rd. I'll get a call tomorrow morning AFTER the truck has left Crystal Lake and as soon as I do, I'll put a confirmation post under this one.

I understand we're getting some BIG browns this year, with the average over 1lb. going in!

We'll also be putting up our new sign.

See you there! Thanks,

It's gonna be an intresting operation. The wind has already started up here, no rain yet.
Southeast wind between 17 and 21 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph is what NOAA has for us today. If the trucks get here on time we MIGHT dodge the rain, but I'd suggest rain gear just in case.
