Hello Everyone,

Volunteers are one of the main reasons Kokanee Power and it's projects and events are such a success. We need you so we can not only continue this success, but also make them better. Our derbies are just a small part of what we do. Egg collecting and care,construction of trout pens, ISE shows and the banquet just to name a few. All help is greatly appreciated.

As I just posted in our "Announcements" section, John is our newest Director and he has taken on the responsibilty of building a Volunteer Database. This is a very important task and you can help make it easier.

What John needs are real first and last names, phone numbers, where you live and areas of interest. That way you won't be called if you live in Fresno and are interested in working a derby if he's looking for help building a pen in Redding. This information is necessary for John to build a database that will be helpful to us all. He also needs to have one on one contact to have an accurate head count of expected volunteers. We all need to help make John's job as easy as possible as it will at times be quite hectic.

I'm sure John will provide you all with contact information and his preferred methods of doing so. And I know he'll be posting here with the latest and greatest in upcoming events where help is needed. Thanks,
