Shasta Lake Pen Plants!

The Shasta Lake Pens are scheduled to receive this year's fish on Tuesday, November 20th. As in the past, all volunteers and interested folks are welcome. It's a fun time and the start of a very worthwhile project.

Check back here on this thread for details. Weather can be an issue as the fish come out of the Crystal Hatchery and we'll be updating that here as well. For the last three years, we've started out at Sugarloaf Cottages around 9:30-10:00AM and finished at Holiday Harbor. Plans now call for planting three pens at Sugarloaf because of the low water level. They will be moved to Antlers and Tsasdi's as soon as the lake level allows.
