Slice 1 package of seafood sausage and brown in olive oil with at least 4 cloves of pressed garlic.
Add 2-14.5 oz cans of Italian Diced Tomatoes. When those are thoroughly heated add 2-8 oz. packages of reduced-fat cream cheese(helps if these are cut up a bit). Stir until cheese is melted.
Thin to desired consistency with nonfat half and half. Either serve on rice or stir in cooked rice
and serve as a single dish. Great with a green salad
